Customer Service Focused Phlebotomist (training provided)
Responsibilities include transport of equipment, supplies, and staff to and from mobile sites. Setting up and tearing down of mobiles, registering, screening, and drawing blood products. Assisting and facilitating smooth and efficient donor flow. Performs quality control functions and provides exceptional Internal and external customer service.
Distribution Specialist
Under the direction of the Hospital Services Supervisors, is responsible for first line customer service to hospital clients, distribution, recordkeeping, SOP compliance and as applicable component preparation.
