Your responsibilities Job Summary

Our Compliance Specialist ensures that our operations comply with legal standards, internal policies and procedures. The duties of this job include documenting compliance activities, delivering employee training on compliance matters related to "core Compliance" topics as defined by thyssenkrupp's Compliance Program, and supporting the Director of Corporate Governance.Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist with training administration, all related training procedures and training completion tracking / follow-ups
  • Support policy and procedure development administratively and assist with related communication
  • Track various dashboard(s), approval/training tools, and related workflow
  • Track various projects and ensure timely and effective follow-up as appropriate
  • Maintain corporate governance and compliance program documentation
  • Provide timely and effective communication with data reports
  • Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the field of compliance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Conducting work with integrity and compassion
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to coordinate work effectively across a geographically dispersed organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills preferred)
