Printpack's manufacturing plant in Elgin, IL is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Press Operator II for a 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) position.

Additional $2.50/hr premium for NIGHT Shift only between the hours of 7pm-7am. Any hours worked outside of 7pm-7am will not receive the premium.

Essential Job Functions include:

• Set up and operate rotogravure printing press

• Monitor equipment and the production process to ensure quality

• Demonstrate solid working knowledge of the raw materials and film used

• Demonstrate effective interaction skills to support team activities related to effective process decisions and goals

• Demonstrate knowledge of plant and process safety rules, safe operating methods and good housekeeping standards

• Enter/retrieve data into computer

• Monitor inks and adhesives

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience running a Rotogravure press preferred

• Prior manufacturing experience required

• Requires standing for long periods

• Requires lifting of 50 lbs

• Basic computer skills
